Jco always been the best place for grabbing a cup of coffee. Their coffee is good. The yoghurt is good too, with decent price. I always go here than going to Sally. The donuts is too sweet for me so I rarely buy it. But in this particular stall, the staff is unwelcoming and I don't like their service. Seems too busy since there are only 2 staffs.

Pelayan gak Ramah..pesan Jcool yogurt tp dapet nya sedikit banget beda dengan tempat jco lain. Begitu saya tanya "memang bener segini porsi nya??" Jawaban mas nya "ya memang segitu, memang mau semana lagi?" Wow how cool is that?? Jelas2 di tmpt lain jauh lbh banyak krn saya seminggu bs 2x beli yogurt jco, dan saya bandingkan dengan foto yg kemarin2 memang beda.. tolong SOP nya di benerin, ajarin yg bener attitude sama SOP seberapa banyak yogurt yg hrs di ksh ke customer.. Note: saya ksh perbandingan foto di jco alamsutera dan jco tempat lain..

Pelayanan buruk bgt, buat mas Agus yaa ini lo klo liat komen ini lo baca baik’ yaa, pelayanan jco alam sutera buruk banget, kita nunggu 2 jam buat beli donat, nunggu dan duduk di sana karna mau beli 2 lusin dan saat barang ready kita yg duduk disitu boro’ ditanyain, saat itu datang pasangan suami istri kita berjalan ke display ga ditanyain sama mas Agus malah pasangan itu ditanyain mau rasa apa dan berapa banyak, kita merasa di rugikan soal waktu kita yg terbuang sia-sia disana !!!

Pelayanan buruk bgt, buat mas Agus yaa ini lo klo liat komen ini lo baca baik’ yaa, pelayanan jco alam sutera buruk banget, kita nunggu 2 jam buat beli donat, nunggu dan duduk di sana karna mau beli 2 lusin dan saat barang ready kita yg duduk disitu boro’ ditanyain, saat itu datang pasangan suami istri kita berjalan ke display ga ditanyain sama mas Agus malah pasangan itu ditanyain mau rasa apa dan berapa banyak, kita merasa di rugikan soal waktu kita yg terbuang sia-sia disana !!!

Female Cashier did not know the menu that was shown at the JCO&coffee counter. Even I asked her many times what else they offer... It took the nicer 2 "mas" employees working there to say "yes they do have the Jcool and sunrise drink" after multiple times asking her.. Quite disappointed to being pointed at the menu and told "That's it"... While no, there were more items than the cashier made believe... Imagine,...

Great place for chill out. Location is in the mal with easy parking. The coffee here is fabulous and the service is outstanding. The donut was so good, I'm going to buy another. Reasonable prices for all donut, dessert, cake and drinks. This is one of my favourite...
