came here for lunch on 8.05.2024 at noon around 11.50 AM my first impression for this restaurant is no good at all. frankly speaking will not be coming for the second time for these reasons: the food was taking forever to come out. I ordered Mie Tomat Seafood and waited 20 minutes. asked the waiters bc my friend was already finished with her Soto Madura and waited 10 minutes more after no follow up from the waiters. it's taking too long so I asked to cancel if the food dont come out in the next 5 minutes. only then the waiter goes to check in the kitchen and told me the food is being prepared. the food is just not worth it for the price point. the Soto Madura barely have anything other than bean sprout and vermicelli and it tasted so bland. ice tea tasted like cheap bottled tea like what kind of tea did yall use... restaurant owner really need to train up their waiters because their service is just BAD. the cashier is especially rude, no hello no thanks , she basically tossed the payment bill. this is the main reason why i bother writing the reviews bc even if your food tasted like heaven, nothing will compensate BAD SERVICE.
main thing to fix is the service. the ambience of the place is actually good and it is pretty close to my working place so it's a shame that the service ruins...

Read moreNew eatery above All Fresh, newly opened and advertised quite heavily on social media so lunch is crowded. Came at around 12.30 and was put on waiting list for about 10 mins. Was given a sharing table despite telling the staff we want a smaller (non-sharing) table. We didn't bother to argue and proceed to order. One of our dishes (Kwetiau Goreng) took 35 mins to arrive, and that's after multiple calls to waiters. Food tastes are average, too bland for our taste buds. We ordered basics, as they've ran out of many items: Mie Hongkong, Pangsit Rebus, Kwetiau Goreng, and Kopi Susu. The serving bowls for noodle and pangsit are pretty but a hassle to eat from.
Note that the large table we were placed in (#22B at the time of visit) is very inconvenient as waiters keep passing through the back of my chair (which backs into a glass wall) carrying tray of food & drink (see photo). Surely that's a safety issue waiting to happen as the tray can easily spill into sitting customers.
Will we revisit / recommend? No. There many better eateries in Alam Sutera that are worth your...
