I had the chance to visit Jung Chan on December 19th, and it was definitely a memorable experience. As soon as I walked in, the elegant setup and cozy vibe made it clear I was in for something special.
What really impressed me wasn’t just the setting, though—it was how everything felt so well thought out, especially the menu. Every dish seemed to reflect the chef’s care and creativity, as if it was made with love and a deep understanding of flavor. You can tell there’s real thought behind every choice, from the ingredients to the way the dishes complement each other.
The staff were also incredibly attentive, always there when you needed them but never hovering awkwardly. They genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was just right, which added to the overall charm of the night.
The whole evening was smooth and well-paced, from the moment we were seated to the very end. It’s the kind of attention to detail that makes Jung Chan's Dining stand out as a fine-dining spot. You don’t just eat here—you experience it.
Looking forward for your next menu! Will gladly book...

Jung emphasized the fact that he didn't have to showcase premium ingredients like "uni" or "caviar" as the star of the show but merely another ingredient. Overall the ingredients were sourced well, fresh and thought well to balance the dishes.
Their standout dishes for me were the uni tomato, which had a crispy like texture on the outside and a deep creamy uni filling on the inside. Next was the summer samgyeotang for me which had that earthy and comforting feeling. Their desert was also one of a kind using Fermented soybean and Koji to create a "cheesecake" type of feel and a sweet but-no-sugar type of ice-cream. In addition, the makgeolli a part of the 5 pairings stood out as well with the creamy and unique texture. Along with Jung's friendly and lively approach towards his guests, it was overall a very...
