Udang Gulung Ham, (4.5/5.0) It's a minced prawn rolled with beef ham and egg omelette, and deep fried. This is one of my fave menu in this restaurant. The quality and the texture are just great. All of menu in this restaurant are recommended to be shared with at least 3 people. This menu is very satisfying in mouth and tummy. The butter soy sauce make it more delicious with the deep fried minced prawn. The outer layer is very soft and when you eat the inner layer, it's very juicy and you can taste the sweetness of the prawn and the savory from the omelette. It makes you wanna eat rice more and more. The processing time is considered normal for this menu looking at the number of customers. This menu is moderately worth your money according to the quality, taste and portion.

Capcay Goreng (4.0/5.0) It's one of the iconic dish in this restaurant. It consists of several veggies from broccoli, cabbage, carrot, mushroom etc, and also the chicken, prawn, squid, and beef meatballs. The portion is definitely for sharing. The veggies are very fresh and you can enjoy the crunchiness on every bites on veggies, amazing. The sauce of Capcay is very tasty and easy to digest in your tummy, and the meats are adding the flavor to your veggies and they are soft and easy to chew. The processing time is considered normal for this menu looking at the number of customers. This menu is moderately worth your money according to the quality, taste and portion.

Kodok Goreng Mentega, I Fu Mie, Ayam Goreng Mentega (3.5/5.0) I have tried those menu on this restaurant and the quality is good and the portion is for sharing. However, compared to Udang Gulung Ham and Capcay Goreng, I recommend the foodies to take those menu instead. The chef cooked it well but it's just below my expectation and it's just like a normal food without anything special. It's great taste but it's not the fave foods in this restaurant and I can feel that. The processing time is considered normal for this menu looking at the number of customers. This menu is slightly worth your money according to the quality, taste and portion.

Restaurant Review: (3.0/5.0) The Location is easy to reach by Google Maps, but the parking area is difficult to get, since it's exactly near the market and the interchange. The Restaurant is traditionally designed with chinese style which majorly colored white from the table, chair, and walls. The restaurant is not instagramable spot, but it's a very good place to eat with friends and family since the weather is considered cold. 3.Not all of the waiters use the restaurant outfit, but they order the right menu from customer.

I consider this as the BEST restaurant that serves amazing and authentic Chinese Indonesian cuisine in Lembang.

Of course the highlight dish from this restaurant is without a doubt the Kangkung Hotplate Cah Sapi. It is clearly amazing served hot directly from kitchen to table. The soup base is savory and full of umami and the kangkung pairs really well with the beef as well as the quail eggs. This is a must eat as I saw all tables ordering this exact dish. Eating this with a plate of hot rice and sambal really hits your tastebuds so well.

I also ordered the Gurame Asem Manis. Which is not bad at all. Pretty good. Wish there was a bit more sauce though.

I've visited this restaurant multiple times before and other dishes that are worthy of trying is the Udang Gulung Ham and Ayam Nanking. Both really well made food.

Atmosphere is great. Full of locals. Parking can be quite difficult. I parked quite a distance away from the restaurant and had to walk there.

This restaurant is usually super crowded during weekends but a reservation is not required as tables tend to be ready quick.

This place is incredible. The food is just really the best and it is super full of flavour. You definitely need to order the Kanking Cah Sapi Hotplate and the Udang Gulung Ham. The taste is so good and every time I visit Lembang I always have visited this place to dine at. Nothing beats their food. The service may be not as good as it is always packed and all the servers are always busy but I decided to gove 5 stars just for the food alone. For the Kankung Hotplate, you need to be cautious as it is very hot (which is a good thing) you can always request for extra soup/sauce base. The flavour itself is just concoction of savoury and umami cooked to perfection and as far as I see everyone who have dined at this place will always order this dish off the menu. The tea is free and you should also remember to take the sambal or chilli sauce from the fridge nearby the cashier desk because that one is spicy and way better than the one they usually put out already in the table.
