Easy Cafe — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!! THEYRE SCAMMERS! Our group came about to chill and have drinks with food, however at the end, they charged us for the sunbeds? (Not told to us nor written in the menu). When we ask to see other receipts where they would charge the same, other customers’ do not have that. Worse was when they started shouting at us and arguing with us saying “don’t come to our shop anymore go go away go” which was extremely rude considering we’re paying customers. So please do not support this cafe as they are extremely rude people and were to scam us. When we spoke up against it, they ridiculed us (even the women in the group, shouting at us saying crazy), which was really insane and shocking for us. Trust us, they’re other cafes out there which MUCH nicer people. It’s a shame that we ended up at Easy Cafe, totally ruined our time in Gili T. There’s a reason why it’s always empty anyways. DO...

This place has a nice location. We had a drink and thought about ordering food. We looked up reviews to see what dishes were good and saw negative reviews and that they try to charge you for sunbeds at the end. Surely enough, we went to pay our bill and they tried to charge us for the beds. They argued that they had told us that this was the case which simply is not true. I suggest that they put up a sign to make it clear to their customers and avoid further disappointment. During our visit to Gili Trawangan, we had an amazing time at Easy Bar & Café. The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients and perfect crust! The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

Their service stood out; not only did they ensure we had a great dining experience, but they also recommended some fantastic activities to enjoy around Gili T. Thanks to them, we had a great time playing paddle and even saw a turtle while snorkeling!

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great food, excellent service, and local tips during your stay! Can't wait to come...
