Ibay Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

I thought I’d give this nice looking local place a try after seeing lots of tourists eating there, me and and my partner ordered a couple of drinks and our meals, 5 minutes later I got my drink my partner got nothing, half an hour later I get one part of my which was a pizza and my partner gets nothing…half an hour later we have to ask if everything’s okay and they’ve forgotten our order so we re-order…. 20 minutes later I see a lady running into the kitchen with a couple of shopping bags filled with ingredients so I ask if they’ve started the food we ordered and I get told no so I then council our order and went to another restaurant where my partner gets her food a whole hour and 40 minutes since we ordered at the i bay kitchen and bar. There’s more to this chaotic story but this was the worst service experience I’ve ever experienced at...

Nice food, but no pizza! We craved pizza and found this place online. The guy outside said there was pizza. We checked the menu and saw pizza. We sat down, decided on the pizza. I could almost taste the pizza. We ordered, "sorry, we don't have pizza".

I ordered a beef burrito instead. I somehow ended up with a chicken burrito, but it was still pretty good.

Not sure how this place has such good reviews? We came here and had a chicken baguette and a chicken curry. The curry was lacking taste and barely warm. The chicken baguette was the smallest we've seen, half a baguette at best with a couple of fries. The toilet was awful, not clean and had no light in so it was pitch black I less you had your phone torch on. Wouldn't recommend at all, there as so many better places to eat on...
