Elamu Lombok — Restaurant in Lombok

Ill write this one in english, so everyone is able to read it. First of all, the food in itself is good. Not crazy good but decent. Some dishes really lack spices and overall taste. BUT i got food poisoning from their anchovies ceviche!!!! It is fresh and raw fish and i really thought that would be a place where i can eat raw fish without having to worry. But after Dinner we went home and After a few hours it started to get really bad. I had to throw up multiple times and i got fever and stuff. Please dont eat raw fish there, IT could end bad. But there was one more bad thing!!! My wife had a wrap and and it smelled AWFULLY chemical. It turned out that they wrapped the wrap in a paper wich turned bad and smelled just like a chlorine Pool. When the waiter came and we hold the paper at his nose He already knew that the paper was bad and full of chemicals. Some other guests had told them before already but they didnt really care and kept handing out wraps in this bad paper. That is just an absolutely NO GO for any Restaurant giving things out despite knowing that they are bad. Its a slap in the face meaning "we dont really care what customers say and do our things regardless of possibly harming guests with any infections or Not" . And all of that happens with them having way above average prices. Its really sad. And they dont deserve all the good Reviews. We wont go...

Walked in was not greeted to sit down, waiters walking past and finally was asked to take a seat.

Ordered our food straight away and the couple next to us ordered after.

Somehow our food arrived nearly 10 mins after them.

I asked the waiter for lemon and he disappeared and never came back.

I got the mixed grill and started to eat, the skewers were cold, the beefteki was cold and the pita was cold. The chips were soft and did not suit the title of double deep fried, the meatballs were warm and the dips were good.

I called the waiter over who got the manager, I told them about my cold food he offered to take my plate and rewarm it but I said I am trying to enjoy my dinner he then offered to bring out new skewers and beefteki which happened straight away and also got me a slice of lemon.

The food tasted good but the place is defiantly understaffed as they are running around like headless chooks.

The place was beautiful and I did enjoy the ambience it was just a let down that I wasn't able to enjoy my dinner as if it had all come out fresh that's why my rating is subpar.

At the end I was asked to pay by card and he told me that they didn't have change. It came to 335k and I said if you don't have change are you willing to give me a discount for my experience. He quickly called me over the register and happened to find...

My girlfriend and I always had a good time at Elamu until this evening.

This evening I forgot my Airpods at the table. We went for a quick 30 minute walk at the beach. Once I realized that I left the Pods at the table, we went back to the restaurant. I told the staff about the pods and my girlfriend even told them in Indonesian to explain the situation. We were told that nobody found them. I followed up asking to see the CCTV records. After 5 minutes someone of the staff came back and told us he found it under table, was on break and that he was sorry for the mix up.

Once we were home we had a look at the Airpods. It was obvious that they had been cleaned and the outrageous part was that the device name had already been changed. Clearly the story we were told was a lie and the thief only gave it back because we asked for the CCTV records.

We called the restaurant and my girlfriend tried to talk to the manager in Indonesian to avoid any misunderstandings and make a complaint. Unfortunately the staff would not connect us to manager, and was not even apologzing for the about...
