Sadev Resort — Hotel in Gili Trawangan

Sadev Resort - remember this name as this is the best place at Gili Trawangan and defenately with the best stuff! I have stayed there with my friend for a week and honestly I am so happy we found this place. Hotel is 15 minutes from the harbor so take a horse car when you come. It should cost 100 000 rupias (2019). The welcome at the hotel was very warm and friendly. The recepionist told as everything we should know about this beautiful little island. We also rented bicycles at the hotel. There is no cars or scooter so bicycles are perfect solution. Sadev resort has perfect location for me - it is about 300 meters from the beach. Its near all the clubs but far enough to not hear all the noise. Everytime we came back to the hotel, stuff welcomed us saying: "Welcome home". And indeed we felt like home there. Especially because of Emi. She is the sweetest and most kind person I ever met. She made sure we have everything we need to fully enjoy our holidays. She give as all her heart and take care of us. We felt like family. You can ask her about Indonesian culture. She is also an excellent cook. Becase of Emi I miss this beautiful hotel and paradise island even more. ||The hotel has only two years old, so its nearly new. The stuff make sure there is very clean. Sadev Resort has 16 rooms, so its perfect for renting all for family or company trip. It will be also perfect for honey moon. ||I never came back to the same places because in the world is so many places to see, but Sadev Resort on Gili Trawangan will be...

Finally we are back from this hotel and I have Internet to write a review:

First, yes, internet: they don’t really have it. Every time we complained they invented a new excuse: “Did you restart your phone?”, “No, yesterday was problem now it works”, “Yees, technician is on the way”, “Problem not here - another hotel” and so on... The staff is generally friendly but very unprofessional. We asked to not clean our room, they still did. The next day they cleaned it again and reorganized all our stuff putting some random items into drawers, some stuff on top of fragile items, socks of my boyfriend into my shoes and so on... The room was ok, except that every corner and door had huge gaps through which insects and geckos visited us. The shower doesn’t have a ceiling so we got some visitors there too, including a caterpillar. Very-very poor breakfast. Saw staff smoking right next to the food. Location is nice if you have a bike: you get fast to the east coast where restaurants are located and to the west for the sunset. Be aware that the road gets pitch dark at night - there are no lights. The price is too high for the accommodation - we’ve been to much better hotels in Bali and around for a better price. If you decide to book - better do it directly over WhatsApp and don’t give the hotel your credit card data over WhatsApp...

Location: Sadev Resort on Gili T the best choice I could make when choosing a hotel on the island. very close to everything on the island. the object is located 3 minutes by bike from the main street of the island. thanks to that there is no problem if you don't feel like going to a party, you can chill in the hotel by the pool without listening to the music coming from the parties. and on the other hand, if you fancy a night life, you get on your bike and after 5 minutes you are in the heart of a lively island.||||Staff: thanks to all the staff at the hotel and most of all Amy every time I came back to the hotel I felt like I'm at home. All the staff were very polite kind and helpful. Thanks to Amy, I learned about the culture and history of the island. Every conversation with her taught me something new. Amy, thank you very much. ||||Room: Bungalows are nice and always clean. beautiful rooms with comfortable bed and little terraces, great pool area to relax and enjoy.||||Staff told us about all activities that you can do at the island and around the Island. And of caurse you can rent a bike there in Sadev Resort.||||I will definitely come back...
