This place is an absolute gem, although a hidden one. Part of me wants to avoid reviewing, because I donโt want the secret to get out to the masses. That said, though, these people deserve your business! If youโre staying anywhere on the northern/central end of Gili T you should definitely drop by here! The food was exceptional each of the 4 times we came here in 3 days (!) and the people soooo friendly. I wish I could live nearby here and literally visit daily. Prices were very good too; Nasi Campur type plate with veg only was 15k. I Think 25k if you get meat. 1.5L of water 7k. Next time Iโm on Gili T I am coming straight back here!!! It's shocking to me that just because I'm a tourist, they charge more for the food and don't give us as much as we pay. I have eaten nasi campur in several places, but here it consists of 85% rice and contains almost no meat. Of course, we mentioned this to the nice owner, to which we got no response other than laughter, but he told us that this is for the money... The local man who provided the accommodation laughed at me when he found out that they had asked for 20,000 rupees for this.
