Food:
Menu consist of an all vegan dishes ranging from bread to mains and dessert, with price of 15k~28k per meal.
I had curry bowl which is packed with veggies and two pieces of Katsu Tofu. It tasted okay, but nothing special. I am not a vegan myself, but I thought it's not bad - though I won't come here again for the food.
Drinks :
Good variety of coffees and smoothies. I had Soy Cappuccino. Though at first I felt like it tasted a bit diluted, I later find that I like its overall taste of coffee and soy aftertaste.
Other:
Service is OK, I had no problem with them, nor did I experience anything more than the usual. I was greeted and seated well from the very first step I took into the cafe.
The cafe is more laid back with calm instrumental music playing.
Wifi speed is OK. Not noticeably fast, nor is it slow (I only use it to open websites, not to load Youtube video etc).
Overall:
Good place to sit and have a cuppa and do some work or studying.
A good option for vegans to dine in (but I'm not one, so I will only come back for their drinks and maybe try their...
Read moreThe vibes of the restaurant was great, but the taste of the food especially katsu rice and golden treasure when I came (at night) was not good at all. Katsu rice is only rice with a little bit salt or anything and served with tempe + ginger sauce. The taste of the tempe is standard like the ordinary fried tempe and the ginger can be seen on the sauce bcs they chop it on the medium size. The golden treasure had bad and good taste (I thought). The tempe seems like tempe gembus and I really don't like tempe gembus at all. But the rice is mixed with corns, some salt and any ingredients and served with some cabbage and tomato. To be honest, the taste of the rice saves me and my boyfriend to eat this two menu. My boyfriend said that the taste when his first time came here (at lunch time) and at dinner last night were very different. Maybe the taste of the food depends on who is the chef at that time, so I'm a little bit upset because we should pay full even the taste...
Read moreFortunate Caffè was a wonderful discovery. None of us are vegan, and we didnât even know it was a plant-based cafĂŠ before arriving â yet we were all genuinely impressed and delighted by the food.
The menu is wide-ranging and diverse, offering something for every palate. From light options to more creative and hearty dishes, everything is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The drinks, especially the energy smoothies and the coffee, were excellent.
The staff was incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The space is youthful and well-designed, with board games to enjoy with friends and books available for solo visitors.
I highly recommend Fortunate Caffè to anyone curious about vegan cuisine â even if you're not vegan yourself. Itâs a place that combines great food, friendly service, and a relaxed,...
