MUST VISIT while in Jogja, especially if you love the taste of history and the royal ambience of Kraton Yogyakarta.
We came here with a group of 15 people while visiting the area. We tried many of the favorite menus of the Kings of Jogja, including nasi blawong (I love the ayam bacem and telor pindang as well as the spiced rice), nasi kuning, nasi gudeg, nasi gurih, nasi goreng, mie jawa or bakmi godog, and more. they also have traditional beverages like beer Jawa (non alcohol), fresh juice, wedang uwuh and sereh, es tape and more.

They also allowed us to take some picture inside the house.
But the food is SO SO. The taste almost bland to my mouth. The portion also too small. Also expensive price that is not worth for me (I am okay to pay as long as it taste nice). And they prepared it quite long time. I asked my tour guide and he said that usually how the Keraton people like their food taste which is "soft".
Oh well...not my cup of...
