Gorgeous cafe in Yogyakarta, near to an iconic landmark of Tugu Yogyakarta. This cafe is only 1km & need 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taking Grab from Yogyakarta train station or Malioboro. The waiters are friendly enough to the customer. But the services is a bit confusing. Yeah, i think it just a reasonable, because the cafe is full and crowd of the customer. Even though, I didn't come on the weekend time but it still crowded. For the food, yeah just similiar with the other food and nothing special about it. The taste is same not too good and not bad too. But they have many choices of food that you can take as you want. What I like the most about this place, is because the view of the cafe itself that directly in front of the Tugu Yogyakarta. Requested the egg in my sei sapi dish to be swapped with salted egg (telur asin). They indeed have telur asin, but the waiter told it's only available as a package to the rawon dish they have. I told the waiter: look you have the salted egg, can you swap my egg with one, and if there's any extra price I'm happy to pay it. His answer? No, not possible, not in the menu.

Second experience is that I have been requesting to be seated in smoking area. Apparently one of the chairs outside is missing because another guest took the chair. I told, look there's an empty table but it has one seat, can I move a small chair outside? This guy's answer? Not possible, owner told so. Mate, this guy cannot think on his own.

I visited this place around 2 months ago and I felt so dissapointed. A waiter rushed me and my friends to order not long after we got the menu. And when one of us wanted to look at the menu a little longer because he hasn't order anything, the waiter didn't allow it and took the menu away. Not only the waiter was unfriendly, but they also took such a long time to serve the order. I order a thai tea at that time, and it was served almost one hour after I order. It was such an unpleasant impression. The good thing about this place is the decoration, the location, and the parking service.
