Really good really reliable coffee, In addition, it has a nice ambience, good food and great staff. Definitely worth a five star review in Yogya

On the 'could be improved' side... -The music selection is often a tad strange, maybe more the taste of the staff on the day, than any form of management decision about what would appeal to customers or set the appropriate ambience . -As an Australian used to Australian style Flat White you usually have to remember to request them to steam the milk a bit hotter. Most asian cafe's seem to follow the European standard of around 65c for the milk which while correct for a café latté or cappuccino, is too low for a Flat White which should be closer to 85 -Sadly the juice menu seems to be closed, which is frustrating, but I can understand as a pandemic management decision as its much harder to manage stock. -finally portion size... Tanamera mirrors the casual, informal and generous style of a good Melbourne Café, except when it comes to portion size. I totally get it, as the average Australian is much bigger, and probably eats to much, and/or exercises a lot harder... But the answer is simple, just serve a Medium and large portion. I mean if the "Big Breakfast" on your menu isn't big, then what is it exactly?..

All of the above is really just intended as feedback to the owners, and advice to customers. But at the end of the day Tanamera was and remains a very welcome addition to the Yogya café scene. Thanks for staying strong through a...

One of the nicest spot in the heart of Jogja. Nice coffee supported with comfortable chair and table to work and the temperature in the room is just right. I particularly love the lighting, its perfect. The only thing I'd suggest to improve is the 'attitude' of the baristas. Its always make me sad to be treated inequally with the foreigner. They treated foreigner as a king (as every customer supposed to be tretaed) who happened to be here at the same time, but they told me to get my 'change' back in the cashier instead of trying something else like 'we'll get back to you when we get the 'change'. I would happily said 'you can keep the change'. Well, my point is, please be equal to every customer, domestic or foreigner..they're the same. Oh and one more suggestion to serve more payment option to avoid the cash 'haggle'. Yea..keep up the...

I don't know if we accidentally ordered their good foods or all of them are indeed tasty. ❤️ Breakfast menu, noodles and its unique i don't know what it was but GOOD, clean and not to much cheese in the mac n cheese, tuna tataki (ordered 1 portion and requested to cook half of the tuna med rare and half of them well done..and they gave me in 2 plates, divided. What a SERVICE.).

To the super good banana cake and fried tapai. Totally have no clue why their foods are GREAT! And beverages too. Loving the orange sling. ❤️

Too notch service, helpful and informative staffs. Foods & bevs were not served immediately, it took time. BUT i guess that's because they're being careful & detailed. Deffff worth the wait!!!
