The customer service is Great I can honestly say that. The food was ok overall. Me and my family came tonight, it was our first time visiting this restaurant because we heard great things about it and I was honestly very excited to taste the steak. Unfortunately the steak wasn’t their best dish compared to what I’ve tasted in the States but after I spoke to the waiter he brought over the manager and they wanted me to detail everything that was wrong with the steak and after I told them what was wrong they brought over a 2nd steak and asked me to taste it and let them know how I liked it while the manager stood there and watched me after I tasted it I let the manager know that the steak wasn’t good and if they could cook it some more and make it a medium so they took it back and brought over a 3rd steak and made sure that it was to my liking. The 3rd steak I got from them tasted way better than the first one i got. At the end of the night they gave us free dessert for everyone in my table and tea, they also gave us a discount and made sure we left the establishment happy. I am Iraqi/ Brit and leaving this review for English speaking guests who are maybe thinking of visiting or needing inspiration of somewhere to go. We visited during Ramadan and was a party of 12 including kids, dining really late in the evening. It is a modern style rooftop restaurant and shisha lounge with indoor and outdoor seating. They have heaters and blankets for the colder periods but the atmosphere caters for all. We saw practically every age demographic there and makes for a really unique experience. Food is great ofcourse but that's pretty standard across all of iraq really, plenty vegetarian options available but not sure there's much choice for vegans. There is also an arcade/ games place which is a separate business to the restaurant but right next to the restaurant and useful if you have kids who may get restless sitting on a rooftop to step away for a bit. Waiters work really hard there to cater and accommodate so don't be shy to tip, standard for a place like this is 5000 - 10000 IQD but completely up to you if you want to tip more. I have been there recently at first time .. the location of restaurant is wonderful and have nice view to the Babylon Rotana hotel and new building of central Bank of Iraq..there are two set sites one inside and other outside in fresh air.. staff is friendly and absorb load and crowded but the security mans in front of building is very disrespectful and have bad welcome to the costumer by prevent them form entering although they have reservations and prevent normal cars to enter park and allow only high class type!!!! The manager office needs to look for that problem seriously.. the dishes is not as much as tasty that I hoped but have overall nice look.
