Excellent pizza ( felt like hybrid of Irish Napoli style) or ( Irish take on Napoli pizza) ..
I rate my pizzas on 3 different aspect 1- The dough ( charred or not ) are the edges of the dough fluffy and airy? That can perfectly be achieved by stretching the dough by hand using the right technique.. and Napoli style has be thin but soft not crispy (4/5) . Perfectly soft and thin, the charring is there but the stretching of the pizza to create the rim was not done perfectly. Some parts were uneven. 2- The tomato sauce 5/5 perfect top quality and to genuinely taste the quality I suggest you order a Margarita pizza. 3- The Mozzarella Cheese (4/5; ideally if its Napoli style, the Mozzarella must be melted alright but must remain fresh as in still not charred or caramelized. Read moreHands down one of the best pizzas I’ve EVER had! Incredibly soft but chewy base, great sauce and top quality toppings, finished off with a great hot honey. Certainly up there with anything you can get in the big cities, I can’t recommend it enough!
There was also two different vegan options available, plus of course the classic margherita. Chips were great, beer selection was really good, nice diverse list to choose from, plus some great wines too.
Staff were great and the owners are just lovely people!

A pizza I ordered was Luso's chef special, taste was good overall, but a bit chewy (more crispy would nice), and toppings could be more as there were only a few pieces of toppings which comes down to the pricing which is slightly overpriced.
