Every time I visit Fabiani for coffee and a quick bite, I’m never disappointed. The staff are extremely friendly and so accommodating, even when it’s really busy. They are my go to in the town for an iced strawberry matcha which always is top notch. The atmosphere is always really cool and such a great addition to Longford. I’ve seen reviews on here that have commented on wait time and pricing, but to be honest they are an independent business who source great ingredients and are a busy little spot so I think they are always at the top of their game. I came to see a house in Longford, and stop by the town to get a coffee, I asked a few people in the street where was the best coffee here, but they didn't really have a recommendation, just told me which direction to go and thankfully I went because I found this funky looking cafe called Fabiani and it was such a lovely shop the staff was incredibly friendly and it had some very interesting clothing aftershaves and perfumes, a very different clothing shop/coffee shop I have ever seen. The positive atmosphere contagious. I'll definitely add this to my most stop by list for the next trips around the area. Made my day!...
