Castle Kebab House — Restaurant in County Mayo

The restaurant sent a JustEat text saying that our food had left the restaurant only for the food to arrive 30 minutes late and freezing cold, they obviously just wanted to get high ratings on the app. The kebabs didn't have any sauce and were obviously just thrown together. When we rang the restaurant to complain they were nothing but rude, answering back with excuses. Very very disappointed considering I've ordered from here many times and spent €30 on this particular order. 20 minutes since requesting new food and it still hasn't arrived. Will be very reluctant to order...

Myself and my partner went there for something to eat. My partner is a chef himself and said he wouldn't serve his enemy the food that was served to us. The lamb kebab was off you could get a tangy taste in it also.the donor kebab was as dry as paper the chicken kebab was flavourless very poorly marinated. When he complained to the owner about the taste and look of the lamb been cooked a few days ago he just ignored him which was clear to be seen looking at the meat it wasn't fresh. Wouldn't recommend this place at all pure...

A star is too much for this place, I am very disappointed!! The staff is terrible, so rude!! my paid order never arrived I asked them who received my order and they said “a person who said your name” and to be honest, it’s impossible that somebody else says my name as it’s me because is a difficult name and they treated me so badly as I was asking for my other and no the delivery guy or the restaurant response for my lost… so...
