I am giving 5 stars because my issue was dealt with.
I ordered for delivery and I was sent a real time delivery tracker of a person named Lee. They were one road over and they were there for a good 10 mins. I assumed that there was a delay in the tracker, so I didn't think much of it, until I received an email confirming that my food had been delivered... only, it wasn't.
My Ring doorbell caught a car stopping outside my house. The driver got out with the food and proceeded to walk up the road... the delivery driver left his car in the middle of my road and blocked my neighbour from getting into her drive for 10 minutes whilst he wandered up and down the road trying to find my house.
I specifically put my make, model, and license plate number to make it easy for drivers to find my house and Lee still couldn't find my house.
I went outside to try and get his attention but he was too busy having a chin wag with another neighbour.
When I finally got his attention, he told me that I didn't put down my house number (I did) and that there was no name on the order.
When I took my food in, the receipt on the bag had my name, full address and the instructions to find my house by what car was in the drive.
When I went to plate up my food, I noticed that everything was stone cold... after the 20 minutes Lee wasted being supposedly "lost" I wasn't surprised by the cold food.
I called your branch in Nutgrove and explained the situation. The staff member apologised and had a fresh order sent up to me within 20 mins.

Read moreI’ve ordered from here a few times, the food is usually pretty good so I can’t fault them too much there but the service definitely has room for improvement. Last time I ordered I waited well over an hour for my food and when I called to ask if it would be much longer the guy who answered hadn’t a clue about my order and honestly was no help. The delivery driver also just didn’t knock on my door but called and I went outside to his car to get it which I found a bit weird. But look I understand things can be busy, staff can be new etc so I didn’t really mind. But tonight I’ve ordered again after a while and I’m not all that impressed. The delivery guy rang my doorbell 3 times, and then continued to bang my door. I was only coming from upstairs he was not waiting more than 30 seconds. Then as I was eating I noticed something was a bit off. I ordered a vegetable spring roll and it definitely has some sort of meat in it, I’m guessing chicken. I understand how this could have been confused as I ordered a chicken dish but still its not what I asked for and I’m not a fan of chicken spring rolls at all, but I can imagine a vegetarian would be even less impressed.. All in all the food is fine, wouldn’t say cheap and cheerful but it does the job when you want something different and they’ve great healthy options and decent portions - but I think they need to have a look at their staffing and from the other reviews here I can see it’s not just me...

When the confirmation email came in it gave 15 hours 33 minutes arrival. Rang straight away to clarify. Name was referenced when called and they said yeah that was a mistake and it would be delivered in 45 minutes.
No delivery. No contact and when we rang it was after 10 when realised it still hadn't arrived. Shop closed and no answer when called.
Sent an email to support@camile.ie that night. No response the next day. Sent another email, still no response. No contact made by the store the next day despite having paid our money in full. Would you have just kept the money if there wasn't a complaint made ?
Called the store to look for an explanation and I just about got an apology. Credit offered first and I had to ask for a refund. Nothing else offered for the inconvenience of having to follow up for my deserved refund.
This really isn't good enough. Not only was it dinner, it was expected to be lunch for the next day too. Really shocking...
