Omg coffee lukewarm, cheese & ham toastie cold in the middle, food prep area dirty and in disarray, server looked a bit zonked and confused, Loos smelly, not cheap and pretty rubbish. Ten tables in the dining area uncleared, not enough staff. Place seemed new enough but woefully uncared for.I think these costas start off great and go downhill rapidly. Poor coffee maker guy seemed to be doing his best but it wasn’t great at all. But us Irish don’t complain, we do it online

Ordered 2 x latte, after being charged they asked to pay again. Then after saying we just paid, it wasn't clear if the issue was resolved as the staff then ignored us and proceeded to the next customer. No receipt was given or offered with the purchase. The decor is stylish and it's a cosy feel upstairs. The latte was nice 😄

You can always find a good place to sit, and especially on the first floor. You can seat there by the window to read a book and sip the coffee or just meditate on life. Delicious sweets and healthly juices are well prepared and served.

Went there on a weekend evening for a good iced coffee to enjoy in the summer. Placed our order and paid, didn’t get receipt and the staff were working away and we waited for our frappe to be made. The upstairs section was shut, so we found a place on the ground floor itself and waited for too long. After enquiring about our order which was only one medium Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frappe, the staff told us they’ve made a white chocolate something coffee.. which we hadn’t ordered at all. Since we didn’t have the receipt we couldn’t show it. The staff then took time to make our coffee and then after a wait of good 10-15 mins, we got our order. The coffee itself was decent but the wait and confusion was not expected. Atmosphere is nice, good place to sit near glass walls to get a good view outside. Prices are a bit on the higher side, so...

This is probably the most spacious Costa in Dublin - complete with full length ground floor to FIRST floor plate glass windows that give a good view of the leafy surrounds of Nutgrove locale while effectively cutting off road noise. While it is of course noisy inside on the ground floor (ANC headphones recommended) the upstairs is quieter. There are lovely staff here, a great selection of comfortable chairs & the full Costa menu of sandwiches & cakes / biscuits etc which is not always available elsewhere. The only slight downside might be the lack of lifts or wheelchair access to the upstairs but the ground area is sufficiently large...

I was directed to a display of pre packed goods this morning when I asked if they served gluten free food. I selected and paid for a small pack of biscuits on the display along with a coffee. Unfortunately the biscuits were not gluten free. I brought it to the attention of the manager when I discovered the error. But I had already taken a bite of the biscuit. The young server agreed that he directed me to the entire display and not just the bottom row. I have coeliac disease so this is a very serious matter. I had to leave immediately and return home for fear of my reaction to consuming gluten. Staff MUST be trained properly to avoid...
