Brunch prices are fabulous! It’s always buzzing on the weekend but feel a little crammed inside. I would definitely recommend the poached eggs with salmon - hunreal for the price. The waitress was really friendly even when busy! Parking is free around SuperValu on a Sunday which is so handy. You can pay separately at the till - thank you. Decor is a little old but loved

Love this place. Lovely food, reasonably priced, and crucially for me, it's not in some mega shopping centre like most places these days. Access is easy. You can park outside the door, grab a hearty Irish breakfast, and be on your way without any fuss. It's very satisfying. 5 🌟

Dislike giving local restaurants negative reviews - but sometimes the consistently negative vibe warrants it - firstly the food is always excellent and throughly fresh - junior waiting staff always pleasant and efficient - senior waiting staff and managment have consistently made one feel like they are doing one a favour by letting one in the door - this mornings experience was, on almost finishing my gorgeous food I was asked if I could move tables as a party of four had requested my table - there were other tables that could have accommodated the four and moving meant moving all my belongings etc. - one of the party acknowledged my natural inconvenience at having being asked to move - stating they had requested that table by the window four days ago - as there does not appear to be online booking with requests this request must have been made by phone it seemed that desired - if so, then management displayed a lack of care both to them and myself by not placing a "Reserved sign on said table to avoid unnecessary drama on both sides - again always delicious food and pleasant junior staff - I have always found here that the higher up the chain goes, the obnoxious attitude is very obvious - the food while always delicious, after today's experience the taste the rest on most visits leaves one with dilutes it to unacceptable level of pleasant - hardly possible to figure out one would imagine, as the problems have never originated at the lower level of the business from my experience/ observations...

Safe refuge from the hustle and bustle. They have 2 locations. Rathgar. All day breakfast, well worth eating. Quiet relaxing spot with professional friendly staff. Parking nearby in metered parking at rear beside tennis club. Churchtown. Lots of parking with first 30 minutes free. Great selection of teas and good coffee. Daily specials. Cosy atmosphere professional staff. Outside eating and smoking area especially pleasant in spring and summer. Overhead heaters and blankets supplied for those chilly days. Thoughtful staff. Good food, reasonably priced.

Visited again after the refurb. Great new conservatory, comfortable and warm. Airy. The scrambled egg big breakfast is superb. Crisp crunchy hashbrowns, lovely plump juicy sausages, crisp white pudding, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, hot toast. Altogether a tasty flavourful plate of very delicious food. Better than ever.

Well worth trying.

Rathgar closed several years ago. Churchtown has been upgraded and has all day breakfast. Great selection and friendly service. Worth trying.

Went again today, St Patrick's Day. Excellent as always, great staff, friendly service and tasty food....

Had been there several times for lunch. Went for lunch on Friday 12th January. We were seated beside door. Waiter opened door which caused very cold draught. I asked could door be closed but was told no as they needed to go on and out with food. Asked if we could be moved as I was on stick and my sister was on a crutch and the last thing we needed was to get cold. Tables became vacant and as there was no sign of us being moved. I went over to one of them I was told this table was not available. They then gave us another table. We were left sitting for quite sometime without a menu and had to ask several times for one. The two ladies who appear to own or run the restaurant were decidedly unfriendly throughout. We will not be going there in a hurry again.

Pity as we had enjoyed it before this incident...
