Staff training required. It’s 21 centry, we are not just simply paying for food but also service. I can’t find the company email address for customer service which indicates me that this company is not interesed in it. Ovbiously I got a bad service but don’t want to mention their names publicly because I’m sure they need their job and certainly I’m not writing this to insult them indivisually. The staff needs to listen to each customer carefully to meet their needs. They shouldn’t approach each customer aggressively and insist on their opinion over customer’s simple requests and rudly talk them back. Holding a baby in my arm and grappling with talking about toppings in sandwitches wasn’t fun and other mature aged customer told me how rudely the staff behaved to me also embassing. Superviser came out and repeated that the staff never had a complaints before... Oh dear... Management should be capable of dealing with complaints.. Staff training is required and also management training required too. If this company is ever interesed in continuing this...

Read moreMet a friend for a coffee, Counter service only . Plenty of vacant tables & most were dirty & several had old cups etc on them . When I got my tea & coffee they came in paper cups & as they were v hot I could barely carry them to my table ( no sign of a tray) I ordered a scone & was handed a paper bag to pick one - how was I meant to eat it out of a bag sitting at one of their dirty tables … I managed to locate a plate under a tower of saucers & asked for jam etc . Nothing was given unless asked for - milk was handed over the counter (after asking ) in a 2 litre container. The staff need to be trained in hygiene & customer service .
