Read moreQuite busy when we arrived, ordered on the booth instore. Watched screen displaying order numbers and waited. Several minutes after it displayed our number, I saw one of the staff prepping a large order which matched ours. She then placed it aside and never called out the order number. I figured she was waiting on some item to complete the order. After a short wait I approached the counter and asked the same staff member if that was order no 68 She confirmed it was and I advised her that it was sitting there for 10/15 mins and was probably cold. She took it around the corner and allegedly replaced it with freshly cooked items. On opening the order on our table (2Adults3 Children) we discovered we were missing a portion of fries, I returned to the counter and explained to the same staff member we were short and got a fresh portion On returning to our table I then discover that the food is cold and had obviously not been changed for freshly cooked items. I returned to the counter with my burger. My dining companions were hungry and had opted to eat what they had. I explained to another member of staff (not in uniform, a manager?)the sorry affair so far. He apologised and replaced the burger. Pretty sloppy and shambolic operation, while I appreciate they were busy, to be told that the food was changed after querying it and then discover it wasn't ? I know it's not a 5star restaurant but if you can't at least be honest with your customers. I won't be returning to this particular branch anytime soon, I'd recommend trying Nutgrove, Blackrock, Dunlaoghaire or Carrickmines ...
Read moreTerrible service!!! Got burned food 🤬😡Extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's Stilogran today! I ordered a blank McMuffin and a pancake syrup, but what I got was a burned McMuffin that was inedible. Not only that, but they also forgot to include the syrup with my order. To make matters worse, when the staff handed me my food, they put it in the box with their bare hands, which is completely unacceptable from a food safety perspective. As a customer, it's disturbing to see such lack of attention to hygiene and safety protocols. For a brand that prides itself on quick service and quality food, this is unacceptable. I paid good money for a meal that I couldn't even eat. I have to put burned one in a bin which is wasted. The burned McMuffin was a clear oversight in food preparation, the forgotten syrup was just lazy, and the handling of food without gloves was a serious breach of food...
