Andersons Food Hall & Cafe — Restaurant in Dublin

I have just had the worse experience ever in this place. I ordered a hot chocolate and a latte coffee and I was charged €5. They were quick enough to take my money but the service I received was aggressive and disgusting to say the least. The red haired girl who made the drinks handed me a cold hot chocolate and a cold latte coffee, I immediately handed them back explained they were cold and I asked if I couldI get them heated. What happened next was shocking appalling and the worst customer service I have ever received. The red haired girl shouted at me saying ‘did you ask for them to be hot?’ ‘You did not ask they are hot and you got what you asked for’. I was in shock at such appalling behavior, the girl was actually shouting at me from across the counter. I asked to speak to the manager a woman who just didn’t want to cause a scene and she put it down to a miscommunication saying she was from down the country and she didn’t understand. This statement alone is highly insulting to every Irish person who is from outside Dublin. I work In customer service and I would never ever treat someone the way I was treated in this Cafe. I asked for a refund of my money and received 4.75 euro so I was short 25 cents. I have never been to this cafe before and I will never go again and I strongly recommend not going near this place. The red haired girl serving at the coffee counter is not fit to do her job, she has no social skills or customer relation skills and she has an awful attitude. I think this place needs to rethink the staff they have working there as they have now lost customers and I will make sure to not recommend this place to anyone as I live...

Unfortunately, our visit was far from satisfactory due to excessive wait times and unprofessional behaviour from a member of the staff. Upon arriving, my two friends and I ordered two crepes with Nutella and strawberries, as well as a gluten-free sandwich. While our drinks were served promptly, we waited approximately 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive, which seemed excessive for such a simple order. By the time our food was finally served, our drinks were already finished, making the delay even more frustrating. Furthermore, when our crepes arrived, we noticed that they had very little Nutella. One of my friends politely asked a waiter for some more, but instead of addressing her request courteously, he rudely put his finger up and abruptly said, “one minute.” However, he never returned to assist us. This level of rudeness was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Thankfully, another waiter, a young man with strawberry-blonde/ginger hair, was much more helpful and returned promptly with additional Nutella. Ate here earlier today, ordered the avocado/salmon/creamcheese sandwich, latte and potatoes bravas. All was fine I ate the first slice of the sandwich (1/3 of them) and saw the avocado was black. Which is normally fine I'm not picky enough to give out about that I understand a bit of black on an avocado, HOWEVER when I peeled the salmon off the top of the rest of the sambos the avocado was totally rotten, so many black spots i literally couldn't believe that a chef made that and thought it was okay.

I gave it back and said it wasn't fresh/was totally turned off it. The lads in there are sound but the man who charged me for the meal just took the bravas off the bill which was appreciated but they weren't the issue?? I repeated myself and said the sandwich was rotten not the bravas but the man had no problem charging me for the sandwich and I didn't feel like repeating myself a third time, just wouldn't bother going there again !
