Texas Fried Chicken & Wings — Restaurant in Dublin

I am driving all the way from ennis to this place. From last previous couple of visit people i think it was manager very nice and polite. But today when I visited to the place i was shocked to see the people serving today. Especialy a girl who was serving. She has no smile, not polite at all, not welcoming infect very rude. I requested to warm my baby food but she refused to do that the reason she gave me that she might not heat properly so we may sick. I informed her that food is already cooked, you need to just warm and what is the different now from my last two visits. Last time they warm the food very hapily and without any hesitation. But she question my honesty infect she said to me im lying, in different words. She said babies dont eat rice. Babies drink milk. But i had to educate her that babies start eating at the age of 4 to 6 months but did not believe and i had to inform her that we are buying large amount of food for who. Obviously we gonna eat your food. When i was leaving the shop and went to her to say thanks and bye as a good gasture but she completely ignored my gasture and thanks but she started saying with aggressive manners that when you come next time no matter how long you had a drive (3.5 hours drive) we wont warm baby food. (If you go to motorway services they have provided microwave in the station especially for babies food).Then I told her that there is not point for us to come next time because of your customer services. But she said she did not bother and does not effect her wether we come or not. And she was completely emotionless no smile no thanks when she was saying that.

Ofcourse why would bother her if some one come or not because she does not own the restaurant. Wether this restaurant does good or bad it really does not effect her because she did not invest the money in this place. I am sure if owner was in her place then we would not get this type of horrible services. I have recommended hundred of people my family and friends but i told them that dont go there. There are so many better places out there in dublin who provide excellent customer services. I will recommend you guys dont go there because there staff is very unprofessional and very horrible customer services. If they cant look after babies so they cant...

I love chicken, especially fried chicken. Being a fan of a certain fried chicken establishment with a white-haired bow tie wearing southern Kentuckian (who actually was never a Colonel in the army) as its front man. However, it has become somewhat lack lustre and tasteless. I was hankering for some fried chicken this fine day, so I decided on Texas Frief Chicken just for a change. Surprised to discover it is actually a branded franchise. Anyway staff very friendly helpful and food amazing. A new outfit located on Glasnevin Avenue with their own take on the KFC idea. The menu and food I may add are quite different though. I ordered chicken strips, chicken nuggets, gravy and a chicken breast burger from here. Firstly, I was impressed with how hot the meal was and the chicken was quite tasty and satisfying. The portions are decent and not too expensive either.

The service was just a tad slow and they seemed understaffed the day I visited them. The chicken breast burger was nice but I found it to be a complete rip off of the Supermacs chicken breast sandwich and it was hard to tell them apart.
