Four Star Pizza Finglas — Restaurant in Dublin

2nd night in a row to order out of four star pizza finglas branch last night my son ordered and after an hour an a half he had to ring back as there was still no delivery the customer care service was disgraceful the way they spoke on the phone so I took it as it was Stephens day and there ran off there feet again tonight to ring and place an order to have the order delivered cold and wrong pizza when I rang I was told there is no way the pizza can be cold and that there a bit busy and what would I like them to do so I just asked for my right order and for the food to be hot the man on the other end of the phone was really rude and told me to get the food ready to give back to the driver and hung up then the driver rings asks for the food so I got my son to bring it back out to him he took the food and never mentioned if they were bringing fresh food or giving a refund so I just waited to see but again food took ages and again was cold so just gave up anyone looking to order pizza stay away from the finglas branch there a bad bunch...

Been ordering pizza from here atleast once a week for nearly a year and the majority of the time, they either mess up your order and give you the wrong sides or toppings or just forget to bring the 3 sauces you paid extra for, or even the few times one of their delivery drivers had tried to scam me out of my 2litre of coke. Dont get me wrong, some of the guys delivering food from here are great honest people but ive had the same guy try to keep my 2litre of coke 3-4 times now, and hes clearly doing it on purpose because he always tells me ive never ordered a drink until i have to show him the online receipt, i got into an argument with him over it, then he went over to his boot and magically got the bottle of coke he said i never ordered. The service from this place is just truly miserable, it should be shut down. 2 Star Pizza if anything. Who ever is in charge of "Four Star Pizza" should really get this place checked out because it has alot...

ordered from this so called pizza parlour at 2 am on just eat ,delivery time estimated at 35 to 40 minutes as it was a quiet time, it finally arrived at 3 10 am after numerous calls first call the excuse was the driver got lost but its on its way to you ,after another 15 minutes I rang again and was told its on its way to us again ,it was warm just about but was soggy and did not look appetising at all and was the worst pizza that had ever been delivered to my door ,I was going to ring again but to be honest I said where is the point, I paid online so I will wait until tomorrow for just eat to ask as they do how was my experience with ordering on just eat to complain and ask for a refund that will probably take forever ,any how it went in the bin and I will never order from this zero star pizza place again ,save your money folks and have a bowl of corn flakes or something because anything would be...
