I truly wish I could leave this restaurant a positive review, as they do make good food. Hell, on the odd occasion, they're even early. But what I witnessed in the past 2 weeks has been complete and utter unprofessional service that can simply not be ignored, and thus, I will no longer order from here from today on.

I have ordered from here quite a couple of times. About last week or so, I ordered like any other time. A few minutes later I get a call from a restaurant employee telling me that the delivery will be a few hours later due to whatever reason. He offered me the option to either cancel or go through with my order. I cancelled, telling him I will order from someplace else instead. He told me that it was okay, and that he will process my refund.

On the same day, I contacted JustEat support, letting them know what happened in an attempt to ensure that my refund has certainly been processed. A member of the JustEat staff confirmed to me that my refund has in fact been processed and that I should receive the money within a few hours. Unusual, I thought, since this usually takes a few working DAYS, but I went with it.

Today, more than a week later since my order (9/12, Mon) I called my bank to see why I did not receive my money for a order that never went through. The bank told me that I have been charged alright, but that there was no money sent back to my account by the restaurant. More than a week later.

That restaurant employee and a JustEat employee failed a basic task in their job - to provide me with a simple refund. Now I have to wait another week just to get the money I should have gotten yesterday from my refund because the restaurant staff didn't care, and apparently someone at JustEat didn't care to actually deal with my request either. They just lied to my face, told me what I wanted to hear to shut me up and hoped that I will forget about it a week later while they walk away with money for nothing.

Very disappointed with both the food and delivery service this time. My wife and I have ordered from here a few times before and every time we specifically leave delivery instructions to not knock and give us a call when the food arrives as we have a 5 month old in the house that is a very light sleeper. The past two times these instructions were completely ignored (if they even read them at all) and the delivery driver banged on the door loudly waking up the baby.

As for the food, we ordered mixed kebab meals. The first time we ordered this it was pretty good so we had high expectations but boy were we let down. First of all the fries tasted like yesterday’s leftovers thrown in the oven to heat up and the kebab was overfilled with dry gristley meat, barely any veg or sauce and it was so oily it was literally from it. Both meals were cold on arrival.

We definitely won’t be ordering...

Be careful guys while ordering from this place.. Had the worst Indian food ever.. I am from India and ordered some Regular Indian dishes from them but very disappointed that A . They are no where close to Indian food, they don't even know about the regular dishes and How to cook them maybe because they ate not from India and mostly serving the Bangladesh Desh.. B. Everything We had ordered was Not cooked properly including the Naan bread. Everything was sweet like I had ordered Deserts from somewhere including Garlic chips .. very very Disappointed and I will never recommend them.. I with there was an option to give them anything less than 1 star 🌟 They Don't even accept cards which means everything we order goes straight to their pocket without paying any taxes .. Next...
