Had a frustrating time at my bank, so I needed a much deserved coffee and a friendly face. Had a sterile, unsympathetic bank clerk experience, so this oasis was just what I needed. I pay a fortune on my mortgage and never missed one payment and get a dismissive reaction from a clerk. I paid a fair price for a coffee and got a friendly face a nice hello and a really nice cup of Joe. I was asked if the coffee was to my liking, and they apologised for the delay I did not experience. People who deal with money need to cop on a bit and remember we got them out of a mess and still pay ing USC so coffee is my only luxury. I was in here the weekend and the service was really bad. Had to wait over 10 minutes for a coffee as the person making the coffee was having the chats with his work colleague and texting on the phone. He then picks up my coffee to go cup without the lid secure and spills it so he makes me another and just hands it to me, not even an apology for the wait.
