I used to have a 5* review here but after going here today I realised they don’t deserve it.

I give 5 stars ⭐️ on each aspect. Quality of food Price Restaurant conditions Staff attitude and friendliness And atmosphere They failed on 4 the only star ⭐️ they got was on quality of food.

Quality of food: is amazing good taste very fresh.

Price: extremely overpriced got the wings and I paid €11 for 12 wings bare in mind that it’s not a full wing like Nando’s it’s half wing so they separate the wing from the drumstick so 50% if we could combine both to make a full wing it would cost €1.83c per wing which is ridiculous. One can of coke is €2.50 extremely overpriced as for similar restaurants it’s all you can drink for same price. Same goes for most items on the menus you can’t justify the price.

Restaurant conditions : As you can see from the pictures the restaurant itself is very damaged and not in anyway clean or spotless. The paint is falling off the walls the tables are old and the leather chairs are stuck together with duck tape that’s right a place where they charge €11 euro for wings they have duck tape to hold their seats together. Ridiculous

Staff attitude: today I got served by a staff member by the name of faruk. He’s attitude was extremely rude very arrogant and unprofessional or friendly. I have a discount code and he started giving out that he can’t use it I didn’t ask why but obviously if I have the code it’s false advertising for advertising discounts and not actually taken them. Staff members seems to hate he’s job imo. And is spreading he’s negative day into the customers. He was like that to 2 others while I was there and I noticed he’s behaviour.

Atmosphere: The restaurant has this cold feeling to it. Not pleasant whatsoever. The paint not being up to standards and the old seats add to the negative experience along with the rude staff creating this negative atmosphere.

Overall not recommended. My initial thoughts are that management need to upgrade these factors or the effects will certainly affect...

I was in Dublin for a stopover, and I didn't fancy hotel food, so I searched for a Halal restaurant, Zytoon came up with good reviews and decided to order via deliveroo, guys I wasn't disappointed it was worth every penny, even thought the temperature was in minus figures the food arrived some what warm. 1 - I ordered chicken shish with nan bread. I also had an option to have chicken separately, which was a plus as I enjoyed the bread, which was not soggy with the sauce. Chicken was full of flavours moist and juicy with just enough spices, salad, garlic, and chilli sauces, which were all packed separately, so I enjoyed the food the way I liked. 2 - I also ordered flafal wrap and fries. The flafal was also moist and flavour full. The only negative was that nan bread was soaked in sauce. It would've been better if I had an option to have flafal separate like chicken shish. However, this doesn't take away the service, quality, taste, and appearance of the food. If you are around Dublin Airport and looking for decent and good quality food, then look no further. I really don't know where to start! I'm visiting this place since they opened here in Swords, and it was always a really nice and spotless place with good food, customer service, clean and reasonable price! Haven't been here in a while due to the pandemic and today was my first time back. After today's visit I have to share my experience as I'm deeply disappointed. After placing our order we went to take a seat. Walked around the restaurant trying to find a clean table but even though there was no customers at a few tables they were all dirty. In the end we sat down and took our wipes to clean the table and sitting place. We've ordered two exact same meals but when we got them looked completely different. The food quality and quantity has definitely changed and not worth the value. Fries were cold and not seasoned at all and im really disappointed with my experience as this place would be my to go place...
