We went in for a meal,the guy told us to take a seat,10minutes passed got no menu,so we asked for a menu,waited another 10minutes before our order was taken,35minutes passed and we still hadn't got our meal,so we dicided to leave,as we got outside the girl followed us and asked were we leaving we said yes that we waited 35minutes for aour meal,she said we should have the courtious to let them know that we were leaving, what I could see is they take the orders then bring it out then start on the next order, if a chef cant send orders out quick enough they are not a chef,I wouldn't like to see this place packed or u will have to wait all day for your meal, there was 8 people in total looking for food, I wouldn't recommend this...

Read moreFirst time in ages eating in The Cock so I had to update my review. It's still the best pub in Swords by a country mile and I recommend itt to my customers in Malahide. The staff are friendly and personable, the entertainment is always energetic and creates a fantastic atmosphere, the Guinness is delish and the food is spectacular. I went for the beef enchiladas made with succulent slow-cooked brisket and it was amazing. Only order if you're half starved. Well done Paddy and all the team.
