McDonald's — Restaurant in Galway

This is the WORST McDonald's I have EVER been at in the World!!! They should loose their franchise agreement. Trash everywhere, dirty bathroom (uh hello, COVID!), floors were EXTREMELY SLIPPERY (!!!-LAWSUIT waiting to happen - I'm handicapped), you can see the employees don't care (probably because the owner apparently doesn't), blah, blah, blah! We stopped because we had an EMERGENCY with our rental car and no service on our phones. Stopped to use the WiFi and get some to eat. relax. 😂-:NO WIFI. Asked 3-4 employees where the closest garage or where I could get a sim card for my phone was and ALL said "No"-& walked away! Really?!?!!! I gave the service 2 stars only because I asked the security agent about making a call on his phone for me - Tim gave his phone and said take it inside and do whatever you need to (of course I was floored at his extreme kindness!!! 🥰) 5 stars to Tim!!!! My gf and I have gone here a few times now. It's a nice establishment, everything is clean, tidy and we've never had issues with the staff. Most importantly during these trying times if you're scared or paranoid about waiting in lines or being in an unsanitary place do not worry. This branch has some of the quickest waiting times you'll experience, we've never waited more than 3 minutes after ordering.

I don't give the full 5 stars because last time I bought a large fries here the fries themselves where very soggy and a bit unappetising, not inedible, they just didn't seem the best quality however this was a once off in my experience

I ordered 3 happy meals on Just Eat, I received 2 one of which was wrong(requested hamburger with just ketchup it came as standard). I rang McDonalds and spoke to the manager. I explained what was wrong she said 'theres nothing I can do about that'. I asked her to get the missing happy meal delivered she said 'no because we(McDonalds) would have to pay for that because we dont have our own delivery service' I asked what she could do and again I was told 'theres nothing I can do about that contact just eat for a refund' totally unacceptable, it was McDonalds error, 2 very disappointed children and an overall terrible customer service experience.
