We expected so much more... steak and service 👎 The fish was good tho, a bit expensive (29€) but good. The steak an the other hand was a disaster. (Premium Sirlion) I ordered medium an got an almost rare peace of leather, hard to cut and even harder to chew. You probably can't really see the color because it was kind of dark, there was just light from a orange bulb outside the conservatory. The waiter for the drinks and the order was really nice but after that, not so much interest in a tourist couple. Not even ONCE we were asked if everything is fine. I would have loved to share my steak critics with one of the employees so they could have made it up (desert or another peace of meat). 2 minutes after a nice lady took our plates, a waiter came, put the check on the table with the words 'you asked for the check'... I couldn't even say that we didn't. 69€ for 2 main courses and two drinks.. we expected so much more...

Here on vacation in Dingle and hands down this restaurant has the most delicious Wild Atlantic Salmon I've ever had in my life. And my wife said this was the best Lobster she's ever had as well. And I can't forget the 3 piece fresh oysters, all caught fresh here in the seas of Dingle. The staff is amazing and friendly and the owner himself introduced himself to us and made some suggestions on what to eat and we took him up on that. His name is Mr. John Moriarty. Definitely recommend a taste if your in the area for some seafood.

Delicious and beautifully presented dishes in the most inviting environment. We felt at home here, partially thanks to the strong bonds between all who worked that night. We felt the connections and partnerships deploy. It was beautiful to witness. I had today's catch, which was a hake served on a bed of zucchini-wrapped tender leeks. This unique side made the dish even more memorable. It was such a surprise to dig in and explore a combination of flavors that I would never have considered.

The food is above average, but the place has no concept of service. We were looking to book a table for 20.30. We were offered a table at 18.30. We agreed on a table at 20.00. From our experience of making a reservation, it was clear that the primary concern of the management was when we were going to finish, rather than providing a dining experience. The doorman could easily have been a bouncer at a rough-house in Dublin's Temple Bar or Camden Mile, and seemed to be looking for an excuse not to let the punter in. We both ordered warm goat's cheese salad to start. 30 minutes later, we were still waiting for our food. When we pointed out to one of the staff that we ordered half an hour ago, someone who we took to be the owner or in-charge marched up to our table and sneeringly told us that the place doesn't do fast food. That much is true. It does ridiculously slow food, with a really bad attitude on the side. It took 45 mins to produce a warm goat's cheese salad. Our main courses were similarly slow in coming. The quality of the food was decent, and not at all bad value, but the proprietor or management have no concept of customer service. Restaurants have their problems dealing with Ireland's idiotic covid restrictions, but we didn't encounter a similar attitude from any other establishment that we ate or drank in on this trip. The waiting staff seemed thoroughly disgruntled. Not a pleasant experience....

Bitterly disappointing..what a difference a year makes!! When l had the temerity to say my fillet steak which l ordered "medium only" was overcooked, I was subjected to a lecture by the owner John Moriarty regarding his chef's 30 years experience. While I was given a new steak, l was again made to feel very uncomfortable by John Moriarty and his insincere questioning whether the steak was cooked to my liking as opposed to being cooked correctly !! He has obviously spent too long resting on the laurels of his past VIP patrons and needs to be reminded that in hospitality "The customer is always right!" For the record, the first steak had no visible pink when cut into and no juices and at a cost of 32 euros, l was not willing to accept. I gave a 1 star rating because the other staff members were very pleasant,...
