We had a truly wonderful experience. We were greeted with genuine warmth and outstanding professionalism.

The customer service was nothing short of brilliant—every staff member was attentive, courteous, and eager to ensure our comfort. The ambiance was cozy, the food delightful, and the overall atmosphere welcoming.

However, we did experience an unfortunate interruption to our evening. A fellow guest—an individual from Sweden—overheard us speaking in a Slavic language and proceeded to make critical, inappropriate, and biased remarks. His demeanor was unusually intense, almost as if he were playing the role of a CIA agent! His behavior was both unsettling and discriminatory, and it came close to affecting what was otherwise a lovely evening!

We want to emphasize that this incident was in no way the fault of the restaurant. However, we would like to recommend to the management that staff be trained or further empowered to address and de-escalate such situations swiftly and confidently!

Everyone deserves to enjoy their meal without fear of prejudice or hostility, and having a clear approach to these rare but serious occurrences would only strengthen the already excellent service.

Despite this, the staff remained composed and professional, helping us feel at ease again. We're grateful for their kindness and would absolutely return.

Fully recommend this place; Reservation highly recommended. We came in (walk-in) at 5:30 on a Saturday and were seated at a very nice table right by the front window. I believe we were lucky or they had a cancellation because they were booked up and they had to turn away all the walk-ins who came in after us (hence reservations recommended).

We ordered the lobster bisque and seafood chowder for our firsts, both of which were fantastic; can't go wrong with either one. We had the peppercorn steak and butternut squash risotto for our mains and loved them both as well. Our meals paired well with the wine, of which there is a very good selection. The restaurant itself is very charming, with a bright yellow dutch-style door adorning the entrance and nautical/sea creature decorations throughout. We went here because we found out on line that they done fresh out of the tank lobster. When we got there we were not disappointed as long we asked for the Lobster we were shown 3 to pick from when we made a decision we were allowed to pick starters which we picked oysters and you can buy the oysters €2.50 an oyster we took this a great deal as neither of us have tasted oysters before and didn't want to buy the half dozen or the full dozen if we didn't like them. They were really nice but not my cup of tea the Lobster was amazing which came with a garlic butter or a lemon butter.
