I had the worst delivery experience ever in my life when I ordered on Just Eat. I changed my mind instead of collection. I called them for a delivery. They did not even explain for me that they donāt accept card on deliveries I donāt use cash, so when the driver came and I wanted to finish my payment the driver said I donāt accept card and I was surprised because they didnāt explain that for me so I had to go back home looking everywhere for some change. I did not find change so I had to go to my neighbour and ask him for some money he gave me ā¬50 because he didnāt have change even when I went back to the driver he said I donāt have change. I have just ā¬5 euros how can I give you change? Thatās what he said and I donāt blame the driver I said what should I do? Itās not my fault. I couldnāt get my order until I pay the driver so I went with the driver to a gas station to find sum change that was all for ā¬4 imagine even when I tried calling the restaurant after what happened with me there was no response and my order was wrong. I didnāt receive my drinks. I want to ask for a full refund. Thatās not a way to treat customers. You must at least give your driver some change to give back for customers the driver did not have change never ordering again my food even was cold. I got the pizza and came back home and opened and it's all wrong. I could understand if it was a busy time but it wasn't.
