Apache Pizza Tallaght Greenhills — Restaurant in South Dublin

I had the worst delivery experience ever in my life when I ordered on Just Eat. I changed my mind instead of collection. I called them for a delivery. They did not even explain for me that they don’t accept card on deliveries I don’t use cash, so when the driver came and I wanted to finish my payment the driver said I don’t accept card and I was surprised because they didn’t explain that for me so I had to go back home looking everywhere for some change. I did not find change so I had to go to my neighbour and ask him for some money he gave me €50 because he didn’t have change even when I went back to the driver he said I don’t have change. I have just €5 euros how can I give you change? That’s what he said and I don’t blame the driver I said what should I do? It’s not my fault. I couldn’t get my order until I pay the driver so I went with the driver to a gas station to find sum change that was all for €4 imagine even when I tried calling the restaurant after what happened with me there was no response and my order was wrong. I didn’t receive my drinks. I want to ask for a full refund. That’s not a way to treat customers. You must at least give your driver some change to give back for customers the driver did not have change never ordering again my food even was cold. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant they accepted the order took my money so everything was fine on that end..but I ordered at 12am they did not make any calls or did not make any effort to say my order was late at 1am I decided to call them they said the drivers running a bit late so I gave it a chance and allowed it so I check at the time and it’s now 2.30 2hours and 30 mins and my food has not arrived yet I call them as anyone would be quite annoyed right I asked where my food was the man on the other end of the phone said the order has been delivered and I can 100% assure you no order was delivered the man on the phone said there’s nothing we can do it’s delivered and cut the phone ..!! I drove to apache at 3am in the morning they issued a fake refund and still it’s been 1 week with no refund on my debit card this is absolutely disgusting behaviour you cannot run a business...

Unprofessional behavior received, please avoid if possible. I ordered a pizza from the shop. A girl took my order, it was not busy time at all. I got the pizza and came back home and opened and it's all wrong. I could understand if it was a busy time but it wasn't. The girl and two guys were talking all the time but couldn't get the pizza made correct. There was no onion in the pizza and there was chicken which i never ordered. I called back the shop and said this and the guy asked to bring back the pizza. It was 2 in morning, and i drove long time to reach home and i couldn't go back.
