Borza Take Away Tallaght — Restaurant in South Dublin

We were on our way home from a weekend away and as usual we get the call there's no food to eat can you get some thing for dinner . We had take out fish and chips before excellent but tonight we had pizzas . They were excellent and the base was excellent , we will definitely return . I had a collection from this chipper a while ago and loved it when I brought it home eating, the food was still so hot and fresh and the chips were very well done and the way I wanted them in lots of salt and vinigar as that is to my liking. Ordered food and waited for 2hrs after the order was accepted by the restaurant I then called up to get an update on the food and was told it just left and was out for delivery I waited a further 30mins and no show so I called again and the manger then got on the phone to tell me they never got the print out of my order and the food wasn’t even made I then asked for a discount or complimentary food for their mistake the Manager was rude and didn’t want to be fair and keep his customers happy joke of a place avoid I’m now stuck trying to get...

Placed an order on YOYO App at 18:20, Received email confirmation saying food delivery time 19:04. No food at 19:38 so I called them they said it’s on the way. So I waited until 20:06 and still no food so i called again. This time they said the order was not received. After 5 minutes discussion they said the order had just come in. I eventually received my order at 21:15 The fact that they said it is on it way the 1st time I rang is not acceptable. Not very friendly about the situation. Won’t be ordering...
