Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Dublin

Ordered a pizza, nachos, wedges and garlic bread. Pizza and wedges were okay but the nachos and garlic bread was terrible... For the nachos, it was literally a small bag of Doritos, a tablespoon of sauce and pinch of cheese. Didn't look anything like the photos. I was shocked when I went home and opened it...

Don't even get me started on the garlic bread... It was 4 or 5 tiny slices of baguette with cheese on top of it and they have the audacity to charge €5.50. It's madness...

Customer service was horrendous. I was literally standing at the till for 15 minutes before someone served me.

Overall my experience was bad and I will never order from this branch again. The price was also really high for the portion sizes. You might as well just to dominos or other better reviews pizza places. Lots around...

I was at a friend's house with 10-12 more people. We had a big order and we didn't receive what we ordered. Someone named Mani started being extremely rude on call when my friend reported the wrong order very politely. He literally said "I don't have time for you it's a busy day". I was shocked to hear his tone and disrespectful words after sending a wrong order. He kept disconnecting the call saying that he will call back in 2 minutes and we would never receive a call. We called over 3-4 times and eventually someone else answered the call and said "Mani left for the day". Extremely unacceptable behavior. I had to skip dinner on a festival because of this fuss. Trying to run a business by disrespecting the customers. Horrible experience!...

I would recommend getting pizzas delivered. We arrived and ordered several items of the menu. The staff were friendly and we waited over 15 minutes. I suppose thats normal. We only live 5 minutes away and when we got home. The chips were cold and the garlic bread, chicken goujons, and the pizza were lukewarm. There is a flaw in takeaway pizza. Ordering it to be delivered would keep the items warm. A final comment, either we were influenced by the order being lukewarm, we felt that the food was nothing special and would buy a pizza we could make up in a local...
