Main Street Pizza Tallaght — Local services in South Dublin

For context, we ordered a pizza (cheese w/ onion & pineapple, don't judge) and chips for delivery. The chips arrived relatively fresh, and a friend described them as "proper chip shop chips", so that's good. However, the pizza - you know, the whole namesake of the place - arrived cold. Not room-temp, not lukewarm - completely cold; which is odd, b/c it had arrived on time and in under 30 minutes, so not sure what happened there. The crust was paper-thin, and what little cheese was on the pizza slid right off as soon as you tried to lift a slice. There was barely any sauce on the pizza either. This is the first time I've ever had anything from here, and certainly the last. We also had an incredibly rude delivery driver, but they may have been working through justeat (where we ordered through), so won't blame that on...

Just received an order of three pizzas. I clearly asked the girl, do Chips and dip come with the pizza ? She said yes... and then I ordered 2 extra dips... she read the order back to me and then when the order got here.. there was no dip at all and only 2 chips.. I rang them and the girl that placed the order point blank refused that i ordered the dip and said chips and dips don’t come with pizza, Even though the last time we ordered pizza the girl on the phone asked me what dip I wanted with the pizza!?? She was extremely unhelpful and said she would send dip out but would have to charge me for...

I ordered 15 minutes in advance, they told me it will be ready in 25, no problem, even better to get it super hot. I got there 10 minutes ahead of their collection time and to my surprise, the pizza was already done and waiting in a warming cabinet?! I don't understand why you would do this as this type of pizza is meant to be eaten as soon as it comes out of the oven.

Too bad as dough seems to be nice and they use quality ingredients, but they mess everything up with...
