Seriously gone downhill. Tiny portions. Your wallet will be as empty as your stomach when leaving this place.

It's not cheap here, so if I'm paying a few extra quid for a burger and fries, I expect it to be somewhat decent.

The burgers on my most recent visit I can only describe as mediocre. Tasteless meat with a flat bun mashed into a foil wrapper. The ordered sauce was not added. A drink was also missing from the order.

The biggest disappointment however were the fries. Soggy and not seasoned. The worst part of all was the portion size. Previously, there would be mountains of fries. However this time around each medium fries was literally a small cup full - nothing extra in the bag.

They were so tiny I had to go back and complain. In fairness, I did get some more - but for €5.50 for medium fries, I expect them to be enough for one person.

Now I know why the couple served before me went back to ORDER extra fries.

This will be my last visit. There are so many other food options in Liffey Valley that nobody should waste their money here.

Good riddance...

My recent experience at Five Guys was extremely disappointing. Despite explicitly requesting no cheese on my burger due to a severe allergy, they included cheese. This oversight happened after I ordered for collection, and I only discovered it when I got home. What's worse is that this isn't the first time it's happened—it's become a recurring issue. The staff's indifference to my allergy concerns and their repeated failure to fulfill my simple request has not only ruined my meal but also put my health at risk. To make matters worse, when I called the store to advise them of the mistake, the worker responded with a nonchalant "oh" and didn't offer anything in return until I proposed that a new burger be made for me to collect again. By the time I had to collect the food and return home for the second time, it had made everyone's food go cold. This lack of attention to detail, disregard for customer requests, unhelpful attitude, and the inconvenience caused to everyone else are completely unacceptable. I won't be returning to Five Guys...

Good and service are good but the place is horrible inside! Tables and floor are very dirty and if you want to eat in, you will be likely sitting at a table that's covered in someone else's food and mess. Nobody cleans the tables of the floor nor does anyone ensure you have a clean and hygienic table to eat your very expensive burger and chips.

The food as I said is great and the counter service and cooks are fast but the customer experience fails badly with the lack of hygiene.

Something else I'd mention is that the chairs make such a horrible loud noise on the floor and the place is extremely overwhelming with noise, I don't have any sensory issues but I absolutely wouldn't come here if you do have any or guy want to relax without constant chair screeching, frying noises and staff roaring out order numbers. It's uncomfortable and not "part of the experience".

Needs a rethink of entire customer experience journey.

Thanks...

Very tasty burgers with lots of toppings to choose from. The portions of chips were huge, very generous. Cajun fries were lovely, just the right ampunt of spice. The chips are crispy on the ouside and soft on the inside. Very tasty. Milkshakes were great, strawberry is fantastic. Although the salted caramel flavour was very bland, more like vanilla. The quality of ingredients makes Five Guys far superior to the closest competitors. Well worth checking out! Free parking in Liffey Valley carpark is another plus. Generally, there's lots of spaces available. As of July 2022, there's a lot of construction underway in this carpark and the surrounding roads. Expect delays. I'd recommend parking at the M&S entrance and walking around to save time and hassle.

We tried their hamburgers and hot dog with cheese, to be honest, I was expecting them to beat the likes of McDs and BKs but I was left a bit disappointed with them. The staff were really good and the place looked really clean but the burgers were average and shakes were extremely sweet. I would recommend their Cajun fries, they were really spot on. The rest were average.
