NEVER CAME ACROSS SUCH RUDE WORKERS AND BOSS ! TOTAL SCAM

I’m going to start of by saying I should have looked at the reviews prior to buying, at the top of their page is 5 star reviews which were 100% done from fake accounts to boost their ratings, but if you scroll down their is 1 star reviews after the next never seen a business with such a bad track record ! Went to the place to order two 10” pizzas one was margarita and other was called Isabella with a couple more toppings, on their website it showed that for a 10 inch pizza is €10 so I called up the place and put in a order, as I came to collect one of the workers their (I’m assuming is the boss) said it was €24 altogether I asked him that I thought was €20 for two 10 inch pizzas as stated on the website. I couldn’t believe the attitude that came next he replied saying “can I read” and pointed to the board above! You do not speak to anyone like that especially your paying customers since I was just asking why is the price more expensive then online. 0 respect in the head. I didn’t get a good look at the board as the owner started yelling but it said something if your order any other toppings except cheese you have to pay an extra fee. I didn’t see this on the website and was reluctant to pay but I said ok I’ll pay that it’s badly worded on the website. He then continues arguing infront of customers to me AFTER I still agreed to pay. He then opened the box of one of my pizzas and starts putting his fingers into the box, I then told him if he continues to yell and put his hands in the box I won’t pay. I said I have no problem paying the extra fee to stop yelling at me or I will leave the store and leave a bad review from my experience. He then takes the boxes and says “okay go then”, and 3 teenage boys were chuckling in the background. This definitely takes the cake of the worst takeaway I have EVER ordered from. I then told my friends the next day about the place and she told me the same thing when she got home she looked at the receipt and they overcharged her for her food too !

Advice: Stay away from this place do not spend your money here it’s a totally scam, you will be overcharged and...

I never thought that I'll be sharing such a low opinion about this place...First of all - stop calling your clients "love" on the phone - I do not like being called "love" by even close friends, not to mention any strangers... That's one... Secondly...if I order food and it says on the website that I shall receive it at 8:25pm...I'm expecting it to be delivered at that time (+/-10 mins). My order was to be delivered at 8:25pm...at 8:43 pm I called for an update and I was told "ohh love, it's just after leaving the shop"...AGAIN!DO NOT CALL ME LOVE!!!And I did ask if the food will be warm when it arrives here and of course I was assured "we won't deliver food that is not warm"...OK.. .that was already 15 late from the time given to me when I ordered the food... And guess what?order was delivered at 8:50pm ( 25mins late) and of course it was only luke warm... I'm not a person to complain or give bad reviews (this is my first time writing a review tbh)... The truth is - with the current cost of living- this was my first time ordering myself food in the last year or so...I was really looking forward to it, it was my way of treating myself after a of rough year... I am so so DISAPPOINTED in your service...it actually broke my heart when I had my first bite (luke warm and all)... For the shop - I'm just another customer....but really guys - some of us have to save up to treat ourselves from time to time...not fair on your side!!!!!Not everyone can afford your services on a weekly basis or so... I would give less of a rating if I could. The staff were shockingly rude, along with their poor service and disgusting attempts to cheat extra money from their customers, in which the additional charge would be alright if the food was any bit acceptable in taste and portion. It was beyond lacking in both and devoid of flavor. It was NOT worth the money, much less the extra charge to SEPARATE the salad and the meat. I can't BELIEVE I have to pay for the extra little bit of energy it takes to put the salad in another container, ridiculous! Unfortunately, I was left hungry after dinner with the toddler sized portions of overwhelmingly TASTELESS chicken (9 euro!). Might as well have put it in the bin along with the sickening attitudes of the staff. Tried it once and never going back.

I recommend BBQ Chicken in Drogheda, Dyer Street! Not too far from this place! They sell a similar, more diverse and FLAVORFUL food menu in hearty portions with friendly smiles on their faces. Fair prices, kind staff and...
