Highlanes Gallery is in what was the Franciscan Church, Laurence's Street, Drogheda. Art exhibitions are held here. This is a wonderful place to visit, memorable. The building itself is large, a great sense of light and space pervades. Staff are very helpful & informative. There is a small shop where postcards of Drogheda and copies of some of the paintings on display can be purchased. To the front of the building, opening onto Laurence's Street is Relish Cafe. This super eaterie serves breakfast, lunch, casual meals to a very high standard. Great food & excellent service. Various items, suitable as presents, can also be bought in Relish.
