Noush Coffee & Co — Restaurant in The Borough District of Wexford

It was an absolutely gorgeous and fulfilling experience at Noush with Brian and July 🥰🥰 They were extremely friendly, funny and couldn't be more helpful and specially, the food was a stunning treat with bursting flavor of a mixed culinary cuisine. I got myself a Japanese Ebi tempura roll and a Vietnamese Grilled Pork Banh Mi for my lunch. The ebi tempura roll was so carefully made that I could taste the crunchiness of the prawn batter combined with a little bit sour of the Japanese rice. Besides, the superstar was undoubtedly the Vietnamese grilled pork Banh mi, which was a harmony of flavors in every bite 🥰🥰 The pork was stunningly seasoned and grilled to the best temptation for any meat lover. The Banh mi was very warm and crispy as it was put inside the oven for a few seconds before being delivered to me. Also the spot on was some vegetable toppings along with the pork stuffed inside - very refreshing and flavorful. I absolutely adore the coffee at Noush. It's easily one of my favourite spots for coffee in Wexford. After seeing their Instagram story a little while back, I’d been really looking forward to trying their food and July's homemade ice cream.

I had the pork banh mi, and it was simply delicious. My dad went for the grilled pork noodle salad, and he hasn't stopped raving about it since! We also each tried the coconut mango ice cream, which had the most beautiful, subtle hint of both flavours. It paired perfectly with our coffee.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are lovely, and the food is fantastic. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a visit and make sure to follow them on Instagram to stay updated on new additions to their menu or just to check out their fun and creative content. You won’t be...

I mean… sushi from a coffee truck?!?! I don’t know why, but it works! So fresh and so tasty! Was much better than the fancy restaurant in town where I’m pretty certain my roll was made and refrigerated for several hours. Noush folks were incredibly friendly and they have the sushi to back it up! That’s saying a lot from this picky Californian! Thank you Noush! I’ll be back! UPDATE: I think I am now a Noush Groupie!
