We have been loyal customers since this place opened, and even at one stage made the time to go once a week cause we enjoyed the atmosphere and food so much.
But, when we went in on the 30/09/25 for dinner our experience was ruined.
We went in last night for dinner after a long day of work and travel. We sat down in a both ordered our drinks and food and waited for the food to arrive. Now my mam ordered the sharing platter and I ordered the grilled chicken satay. When it arrived I took the little cup of satay sauce provided poured it over my skewers and took a bite.
Pink bright pink chicken. I immediately spat it out and told mam not to eat hers as the skewers also came on her platter.
I tried to get the servers attention three or four times before I had to walk up to the counter cause either they poor hearing or all the noise drowned out my voice.
I told her that my chicken was essentially raw and asked for it to be recooked. She obliged me and took it away. At the kitchen the chef and server had a long chat about it. The chef looking quiet pissed off that I didn't like my raw chicken.
When she came back with a new portion I was skeptical since it hadn't been very long. So, I sliced into the skewers and yet again raw. Me and mam decided to leave at this stage cause if you can't cook chicken (the easiest thing to cook right) then what are your other food standards like.
We went up and paid (because while we werent happy we felt it only right to pay and just never come back) and explained to the server that we wouldn't be back as the food quality had gone down significantly. When I said my skewers were still raw her response was "oh I understand it wasn't to your liking but you see we only lightly grill the chicken here."
I am sorry but I have never in my life heard of lightly cooked chicken. There's no such thing as medium rare chicken. You either cook it properly or you give your customers salmonella poisoning. This is really concerning and I will be reporting it to the food quality board. This will end up making someone incredibly sick.
To those considering going here, DONT! cause their idea of quality food is "LIGHTLTY...
Read moreI visited this restaurant with my friends (there were three of us). We were seated at a table that had just been cleared, but it was still dirty there were crumbs left from the previous guests. This was unpleasant.
One of my friends has a severe onion allergy, and we ordered Tom Yum soup. The menu did not mention that it contained onion. However, when the soup arrived, it was extremely sour from lime juice, full of onion, and almost completely lacking the ingredients listed on the menu. The menu stated it would contain shrimp and chicken, but in reality, there was only one shrimp and a very small piece of chicken (about 3 cm).
When the soup was served, it was spilled on the sofa, and nobody cleaned it up. I had to ask the waiter for napkins to clean it myself, since there were no napkins on the table.
We were also brought a jug of water in a terrible condition: it was covered in what looked like an old residue, the glass was cloudy instead of transparent, and it was covered in stains. This is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective.
I also placed an additional takeaway order. When it was brought to us, my friend and I told the waiter that we were going outside for a smoke and would come back. On the table we left our takeaway food and my personal bottle of water, which I bought with my own money.
When we returned after 4 minutes, the only thing left on the table was the takeaway food. When I asked where my water was (I really needed it), the waitress said it might have been placed in lost-and-found, and she would check. But then she showed me my empty bottle even though it had been full before.
This raises a serious question: why are the staff touching guests’ personal belongings and disposing of them without permission?
This was the final...
Read moreLook I never want to give a bad review but I think it's mandatory: I had the beef kimchi noodles, noodles were overcooked, beef was overcooked and fry as anything, kimchi was barely spicy and quire raw I had a espresso that came with zero foam, I think staff don't really know what a espresso means but also the taste was gross so I think that coffee machine was never cleaned up properly They had a not so bad selection of beers but the staff doesn't know anything about them, probably cos they don't even have the legal age to drink them, u don't even think most if them can legally get them to your table Overall I paid 28€ and staff was friendly enough, I'm not blaming them, but that's what happens when you pay your staff peanuts and everyone is 17yo, no one knows anything cos no one was ever a customer and also no one train them properly. Food took 30secs to be cooked and you cook feel it. So in my resume management is nowhere to be seen, no one knows what they're doing and food...
