Asian Harvest Restaurant — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Arklow

We always go to this restaurant nearly every week. And normally have a great experience here. But Saturday the 26th of July we went here as a group of 7. We had booked in and everything. And we waited 1hr and 30mins for starters to come out of the kitchen and an additional 1 hour for mains to come out. very disappointed with the service. And above all anything else we went here for a birthday , brought a cake , which was in perfect condition before bringing it here but no one put it in the fridge and after it sitting out for 3hrs it was completely spilt and inedible. We did try to eat it but was no point, we would be sick if we did. And following on from that we were overcharged by €55 which we only realised after, pen to paper writing things down doesn’t work for big tables, should be a till system that prints a receipt with correct prices. Whilst on our holidays we dined here tonight with our four month old baby. Food and service was excellent. We were made feel so welcome and the place speaks for itself when you see regular customers coming in and they remember the host by name. Our host Aggie had such a kind, warm and beautiful personality and went above and beyond to make our dining experience a pleasure. Only that we live in Dublin this would become our new regular.
