The Tipsy Cow — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Dundalk

Staff very friendly and helpful and the vibe overall is nice enough but Jesus man don’t go near the food. Ordered the beef/chicken burger and Cajun loaded fries, came out nice and quick but the burger was honestly impressively bland, impressive as in the fact it was about a half foot cubed size of a burger in front of me and not one flavour to be found in all that space. The Cajun fries had the opposite problem, far too salty and the seasoning just made it seem very cheap they had to be sent back. Only saving grace in terms of the meal was that I was full afterwards but I didn’t enjoy my time getting to that stage. Let me start of with saying that the manager of the place is really awesome and was the reason why we came back. The price of EUR 20 for a pint a proper meal is really good and cheaper then if you order in. I also found the staff really efficient and friendly

Now some constructive feedback

Outside area: there is definitely more potential. The area is really nice and you could do more with it. You don’t have to spend an insane amount of money but considering you done such a good job decorating inside it is a bit of a let down.

Marketing: you have a blackboard outside why don’t you advertise the 20 euro special on it. The place would be full as you don’t get...

Have been in twice in the passed week. Once for a drink with my other half and 2nd time with my son for lunch . A+. Staff are lovely especially Davina looking after my son and myself.
