Order to collect a meal off just eat app. Went in 5 minutes before collection time sat down waiting, watch the staff do practically nothing I've never seen anybody so slow! It was like a bunch of sloths. Atmosphere with zero cleanliness on the tables and floor etc were disgusting not clean at all. I witness one staff poor a large sprite, which was on my order I saw a bag on the counter for 10 minutes before it was put in the heat cabinet. That means the burger was getting cold. By the time the side order was cooked and placed in the larger bag the drink had been sitting there for over 10 minutes equally the bag with the burger had been sitting there. I stood there staring at the staff as my app stated it was ready for collection. Not one member staff looked at me they were hiding in the corner. Then a girl looked at me is it to say what was I looking at that was the expression I took from her facial glare!! I said I'm waiting for my order it says it was ready 9 minutes ago. And I said I think that's it there and I think that's my drink and if that is my drink I want a fresh one because that will be flat now. Well the look gave me was surly full of disdain and attitude. She said we didn't know you were waiting you didn't tell us there was only four people in the restaurant me being one of them standing. I said you didn't call out a collection was ready all my name or the receipt number. We don't do that was the response!!! I did get my fresh drink I took my order in left to be honest the food was completely unseasoned warm at best but at least I had a fresh fizzy sprite. To sum up filthy restaurant Surly staff overpriced food will never set foot in the dreadful place ever again, what's a totally depressing experience the whole thing was and a complete waste of over €20. I'd have been better off with a day old sandwich from the fridge in the petrol station part of...

Hi, I am writing Hi, I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a distressing experience I had at a Burger King drive-thru. On Saturday 1st March at approximately 7pm I visited the Burger King located at gorey. I experienced an exceptionally long wait of 35 minutes before reaching the top window. After this lengthy wait, I was informed that the hold-up was continuing, and when I inquired about the delay, I was met with verbal abuse from the staff. Specifically, I was told to 'shut the f up' in a very disrespectful manner.when i asked thier name i was told i better not dare to mae a complaint.asked for a refund and money was literally thrown at me through my window. Following this, the employee slammed the window shut on me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Burger King's reputation. Customers should never be subjected to verbal abuse, especially not from employees who are meant to provide courteous service. I believe it is vital for Burger King to address this incident to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated in any of their establishments. I hope that my feedback will lead to appropriate action being taken to prevent this from happening to other customers...

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the food is nice! The staff get no stars. I don't even know where to start. A cone in the way of the drive thru so I have to order online. I chose the the 10mins option, obviously because I had all 4 of my kids with me. I went in 15 minutes later only to find that no one had processed my order and the drive thru infact WAS open! So why was there a cone in the way then?? The manager, who is way too young and immature to even be a manager, said he would have my order ready for me in 10 minutes max. I wait in my car because I have 4 cranky hungry kids and I couldn't leave them any longer. 10 minutes later I go in to collect it and shock horror, it wasn't even made yet again. When it was finally starting to be made 20 minutes later, the incompetent staff couldn't even get it right and left out a meal and 2 drinks! And to be honest that's not the first time we have been stung for food in this place, many times we have had to go back to get the food we paid for and never received! The ONLY reason I come back here is because our kids love Burger King otherwise I wouldn't...
