Costa Coffee — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Gorey — Kilmuckridge

Loved this Costa when it first opened, but for a while now they are giving less especially in take away lattes. I have asked on numerous occasions could they please put more milk in it and I am cut across with a look and told quite snappy to ask for no foam, which I have been doing and still the same, cup only half full. There bloody dear enough. There's only one lady there that gets our lattes full. Some of the staff are not very friendly and...

I love Costa but this experience was awful . The staff were so rude with a “ do I really have to assist you “ attitude!!!! Very poor service, coffee not up to standard either and they thought bad of giving extra chocolate on coffee when asked . I had to ask for napkins to dry off the seats myself and they were basically thrown at me without even a glimpse in my direction.... staff should be trained on BASIC customer...

Smaller Costa outlet located in the car park of a group of retail stores in Gorey town. Only one comfy leather sofa available.
