Sirocco's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Tullamore

I have a really bad dinning experience with this restaurant. It is so unprofessional and unfriendly. I booked table on Saturday. I was attending on time but no table, the waiter said the owner is busy. I need wait, but I said I booked at 8.30pm I am expecting my table is ready. Then they just told me wait. The owner coming later, I asked my table, she said I need wait and I am so rude to asked where is my table. This is happened me twice. I said to her, I booked the time if you do not have table, I can go to somewhere. She just keep telling me I am rude and even tell another customer I am rude. And tell I can go to another place. Absolutely make me trouble and upset me. I will not come back and NOT introduce my friends to this unprofessional restaurant for sure. They really upset their clients. This restaurant was without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received. A friend and I went for dinner here back in January 2020. It was quite busy and I think there may have been a shortage of staff on that night. The food was delicious but one or two things didn’t really reflect the excellent reviews I had heard about the restaurant. A few days after our experience , I got in touch with the restaurant and Paula was absolutely phenomenal in how she dealt with our issue. She was hugely customer focused and it is so clear how much she cares about her restaurant and its reputation. She went above and beyond to remedy the situation and I was more than happy with the outcome. We are looking forward to returning here when covid lets up. Thanks...

Absolutely delish Italian restaurant in Tullamore! The staff were amazing and held a table for us for a few minutes when another couple were finishing up. We had the calamari and prawns for starters. The calamari were so crunchy and the texture was delicious - loved the little side salad too. As for the prawns - yes please!! They were smothered in butter and very tasty. For the main I had the prawn, salmon and leek risotto, which I'd really recommend - it was creamy, dreamy and more-y!
