Zambrero — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Tullamore

Love food from here. Right up my street. Have never had issues until recently. And it’s always when certain staff member works. Ordered burrito, got my fillings and asked for sour cream and guacamole knowing it’s extra. Got HALF TEA SPOON of each what should have costed me almost 2 euro. Hell no! After that girl broke tortilla while wrapping it, looked at me, picked up everything what fell out in one pile and kept wrapping that in aluminium foil. Guess what - she had to make me another one. Came back yesterday and same girl at the counter. 10 people waiting in front of me. Said I’m gonna give it a try again. She broke 3 tortillas while I was waiting to place my order. Just left and not getting any food anymore if I see her working. I understand she might be new one but please train her properly before she has to deal with customers. It...

For my first visit I received the wrong order which only realised when I went home which is 40 minutes away ,today I went back at 1:20 to get a burrito ,wasn’t even acknowledged when we walked in.My friend ordered a collection and the three of them (2 boys 1 girl) didn’t even look up at her for at least three minutes ,there was a queue behind me and when it came my turn to order the blonde haired boy just walked straight by me and asked the man behind me what he wanted ,absolute joke ,this place has stuff with ignorance and no respect!
