Delightful new place in Castletown with a delicious-looking breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner offerings (check hours days).
I had the pleasantly buttery Monte Cristo sandwich with slaw/salad and loved it. Also appreciate that they do a nice matcha latte (unsweetened by default, as it should already be to my mind!). Everything was fresh and tasty.
Timing: visited on their 3rd day since opening. 30 min wait for food was fine, especially given"first week" coinciding with start of TT practice week. The restaurant was full, which it deserves to be, given the quality of their offerings.
Dog-friendly too (breakfast and lunch only, sadly), which is also much appreciated.

F&B Big Threes: Food: incredibly tasty; the chef came out to ask me about his veggie creations and was genuinely interested in bringing me the potato himself; tasty buttered granary toast was delicious, the butterfly pea coconut iced latte was rare in this part of the world outside of Thailand; lovely teapots and smiling staff service
Service: everyone working came to greet me and also check on my order and keep up the flow of a well-seasoned all-day incredibly tasting place

This is the 4th time I have been and each and every occasion the food and service have been excellent. The meals also offer astonishingly good value for money. The first time I had dinner there, I had the ribeye steak which is prepared to perfection and comes with loads of lovely extras as standard.
