Tsafon Roasters — Restaurant in Haifa

A cool designed place with a very artistic vibe and good music! I had a hand-brew (V60) and my wife had matcha; we enjoyed both very much. I later bought a coffee bag to take home and was told I deserved a free coffee of my choice because of my purchase.

Tip: If you plan to buy coffee beans to take home, you could save money on a coffee drink there. 😉

Also, I didn't see any coffee bags for sale, so I had to ask. They told me what they had, but I didn't really get the taste notes and other important things a coffee lover would want to know. So, it would be a good idea to have some papers explaining the coffee varieties they sell and describing them.

The place is highly recommended! I took an almond croissant along with a cup of cappuccino. The croissant was absolutely amazing, one of the best I tried for my opinion, airy dough, perfectly made with the right amount of almonds on top. The coffee was accurate and was very good also. The place's atmosphere is cool but it wasn't comfy enough to stay sitting on these chairs and tables for more than a few minutes. I had a wonderful experience at this loft-style cafe and would love to leave a positive review for them. The coffee and desserts were absolutely delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed them.
