The place is clean and the food is super fresh. It's an oriental restaurant with the conservative design of this kind of restaurants. The service however is fast and friendly. If you want a good and fresh Hummus place this is where one should go. It is located in Hameginim Ave. Close to Paris square where the Carmelit is located. This small place became a local legend and quality icon in Haifa for locals and visitors alike. It is what one would expect from a classical Hummusia: basic menu hanged at the entrance (no personal menus)- several Hummus types, simple salads and that's it with quick service. So, here's the deal: I don't know if that's the best hummus I've encountered, but certainly -- this peaked. At first, it looks mundane, but when you taste it -- it is absolutely divine & sublime. Plus, the order comes with a nice small rice dish alongside.
